    <summary type="html">I will be very suprized if there is no October (or even November) surprize. After all, BushCo has committed (or at least condoned) election fraud, violated federal and international laws, violated human rights as well as committed a host of other violations I can't think of. Why would they suddenly decide to follow the rules and give up power voluntarily? I suspect that BuchCo is waiting to see if the Bradley Effect happens. If it does, then they won't have to do anything since McCain will win the election in that case. If it doesn't, then they'll unleash whatever October surprize they need to prevent Obama from taking office.</summary>
